Managing Director, HGC Real Estate Advisory Group
Mr. Vydra is a Managing Director at HGC Real Estate Advisory Group and brings over 40 years of diversified experience in real estate development, transactions, and asset management across all major property types. Since 2017, he has led HGC’s U.S. operations, overseeing the development of more than 3.5 million square feet of real estate and the management of assets exceeding $1 billion.
Prior to joining HGC, Mr. Vydra held senior roles with both public and private real estate firms, including serving as Managing Director at Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC, a Boston-based real estate investment firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
Managing Director, Keystone Consulting, an HGCREI affiliate
Mr. Yim is a Managing Director at Keystone Consulting, an affiliate of HGC Real Estate Advisory Group. He has over 20 years of experience in international private equity, with a focus on cross-border investment strategies and asset management. At Keystone, he has overseen the management of $2 billion in EB-5 debt assets on behalf of company affiliates.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Yim served as Vice President at CDIB & Partners in Taiwan, where he managed over $1 billion in private equity investments. He also held a position at Summa Capital, where he was responsible for financial model analysis and portfolio management for the firm’s hedge fund strategies. Mr. Yim is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Berschneider has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment management, investment banking, private equity, and financial services. He is currently a Senior Vice President at HGC Real Estate Advisory Group and has been with the firm since 2017.
Previously, Mr. Berschneider served as Vice President at Cottonwood Management, a real estate development and investment management firm with more than $2 billion in assets under management. Prior to that, he was Vice President at Clear Capital Advisors, a boutique investment banking and advisory firm focused on M&A and private capital solutions for middle-market technology and business services companies.
Mr. Berschneider holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and German from Tufts University.

Ms. Rong has over 12 years of professional, cross-border marketing experience in the real estate and academic industries.
She has developed over 100 integrated marketing campaigns for MNCs and international non-profit organizations.
Ms. Rong received a dual master's degree in Communication and International Relations from Boston University.

Mr. Pan has over 8 years of professional real estate investment analysis, underwriting and asset management experience.
He joined HGC's US operation in 2017 with 3 years prior experience in the financial services industry.
Mr. Pan holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Connecticut.
